Ride-Away's Ten Commandments


For the past 25 years, Ride-Away has carried out a set of core values that have been unchanged since the day Ride-Away had opened its doors. It is because of their unmatched commitment to their local communities, having an intense focus on providing the absolute best customer satisfaction and customer service, and having a knack for building life-long respect and trust with their customers and co-workers that Ride-Away employees are known for their superior dedication to their position within the company.

Along with the set of core values that Ride-Away President/CEO, Mark Lore, has instilled into the lifeblood of Ride-Away, he has also created a list of 10 commandments that each Ride-Away employee is expected to know and live by, each and every day:

  2. Over deliver; don't over promise.

  3. Call the customer before they call you.

  4. Treat problems as an opportunity to shine.

  5. Care about everything because everything matters.

  6. Do not sell; Listen, educate and help people buy.

  7. Tell the truth, good or bad.
